Acquisition Announcement: Ionet Systems Limited

Following an 18 month period of consultation, we are pleased to officially announce that today Soltech IT has completed its acquisition of Ionet Systems Ltd, a privately-held, IT and AV solutions provider based in Bristol.

As a £1m+ turnover business, Ionet Systems Ltd have been supplying customers with IT & AV solutions, and support services since 1986; trading with some of their customers for over 36 years. Clients range from charities, educational establishments, SME's and the public sector organisations including the NHS.

Ziggy Staniaszek, Managing Director of Ionet Systems Limited, said "After discussions with a number of companies we decided that Soltech IT Ltd were the best fit for our customer base, with a similar product and services portfolio to Ionet, and a solid IT Support offering with experienced and personable staff. Importantly Soltech IT are a local company with offices servicing other areas of the UK."
