Staff & Client Takeover Announcement: Help Me Help Me Ltd


On Thursday 27th April 2023, Bristol based education IT service provider Help Me Help Me Ltd ceased trading following notification from Director Michael Farnsworth to staff and clients.


Following negotiations on 28th April 2023 with former staff and clients of Help Me Help Me Ltd, we are delighted to announce that Soltech IT will, with immediate affect, employ all staff previously employed by Help Me Help Me. In addition, currently more than 95% of Help Me Help Me Ltd clients have opted to take out IT services contracts with Soltech IT Ltd.


Richard Sheppard, Managing Director, Soltech IT Ltd, commented, "It was deeply saddening to learn that Help Me Help Me Ltd had ceased trading, particularly when you learn that people have lost their jobs.  I am pleased to say that Soltech IT has stepped in to employ all staff, formerly employed by Help Me Help Me."


"I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome onboard the many new clients who are joining Soltech IT. We are all very much looking forward to working with you over the coming months and years."


Scott Auchterlonie, former Senior IT Technician at Help Me Help Me Ltd, said, "I am delighted to have joined Soltech IT alongside a number of my colleges and I am also pleased that our Help Me Help Me clients will continue to receive the usual high standards of IT support provided by former Help Me Help Me Ltd IT Technician's.
