Describe your role at Soltech IT.
I am an IT technician and I call into schools & businesses that have a maintenance contract with Soltech IT. While on site I repair, install or setup computers and software as well as laying or repairing Network cable etc. I have been with Soltech IT since September 2016, I love meeting the clients and making them happy in repairing their ICT/IT equipment and software, allowing them to get on with their role. My biggest challenge I think is believing in myself.

What skills do you think you bring to your role?
My experience and knowledge of schools.

What is your favourite piece of tech or gadget?
Flash pen.

Outside of work what is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?
I love walking, cycling and looking after my horses and dogs.
