Describe your role at Soltech IT.
I joined Soltech IT in March 2017 as their Finance Manager. I am responsible for managing and developing the company's finances, including managing invoices, liaising with clients and working with the rest of the Soltech IT team.
The biggest challenge I find is introducing new procedures.

What skills do you think you bring to your role?
I'm very organised, which really helps with my job and feel I'm an approachable person.

What is your favourite piece of tech or gadget?
I love my Amazon Echo: Alexa. She turns on my kitchen lights and plays my family's favourite music

Outside of work what is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?
Running and taking my children on exciting days out.
