We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced individual to work as within our team of helpdesk technicians. The role requires the individual to be to provide telephone and remote support to our school and business client base. Our helpdesk team support products and solutions such as, Microsoft 365, Azure and SharePoint, Ubiquity WiFi / Networking, JAMF MDM, Basic Apple solutions, Google Workspace / Classroom, Cloud and backup solutions, AV software including ESET and much more. Past experience or exposure of supporting some / similar products and solutions is required.
Individuals will be passionate about IT with a strong technical background, be self-motivated and enjoy providing excellent customer service. This role requires the successful candidate to be a team player, have strong communication and organisation skills along with a courteous manner with the ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms to our customers.
Candidates should be able to work independently and have an aptitude for problem solving and a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve services.
Previous experience of working within education would be beneficial, but not essential.
The successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS and safeguarding check. Due to the requirement to visit client sites, you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle to be considered for this role.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced individual to provide field based IT support to our education client base. This can include regular weekly/fortnightly scheduled visits to schools and call-outs to resolve issues.
The successful candidate may also be involved in project installations. This may involve, but not limited to, assisting in the deployment of laptops or PC's, installing WiFi, assisting project engineers with server installations, SharePoint migrations, and much more.
