We are delighted to announce that we are back and working from our offices as of the Monday 1st June 2020.

Whilst it's been nine weeks since our teams of IT technicians, sales personnel and admin staff last worked from our offices, the time seems to have flown by, which is a sign of how busy we have been on all fronts.

Many of our key skills have been called up on by existing clients and we were delighted to see our disaster recovery and remote working solutions respond so well, at such short notice, back in March.

These solutions have continued to be a successful and reassuring platform from which our clients have been able to run their organisations over the weeks and months since.

During lock down we have also warmly welcomed some amazing new clients to the Soltech family in both the business and education sectors, all of which were seeking an IT partner who can provide reliable remote IT working and VOIP telephone solutions, with the backup and support they require.

We have always aimed to offer best value for the services and solutions we provide which has also been acknowledged by many of our new clients. It’s been really nice to hear this feedback, especially in the current economic climate.

Just like all returning businesses there are few differences to when we closed our offices back in mid-March.

Social distancing and safeguarding measures are now very much the norm, along with regular hand washing. Whilst Zoom and Teams meetings are now the daily go too for the sales team.

Lock down has also meant that we were unable to move to our new offices on 1st May 2020 as part of our continued expansion plans. However, we are happy to report that this is only a temporary delay.

Clients can still pop in and see us at our current offices, obeying social distancing rules and we very much look forward to seeing more of our clients over the coming days and weeks.
